I have a Dell Inspiron 1505 and when I click on start and goto shut down it wont. It dims out like it should, but then just pops back to life. I have an anti-virus, spyware, and malware protection. I have tried downloading, Security Task manager and I do not see anything weird running. Any suggestions? Yes I can power it down by holding the power button, but that's not good for a machine. I have restarted many times, and still nothing.
