i'd reccomend noton internet security it blocks pretty much everything and is very good. i have it myself however it does cost some money per year but it's definitley worth it.
I'm glad that you are aware now. All of the programs are completely free to use.

You can still keep AVG, there is no need for you to change, but if you want to check out other antivirus out there, then there are two links down below. Remember that you can have only one antivirus on your PC.
