With those three programs your computer will be pretty secure from viruses, ad ware, spyware %26 malware.
Get Norton Internet avg free wont block virus just go to www.norton.com
There are many free anti-virus programs as well as firewalls. Just do a google search and read up on their performance.

I use McAfee Security Suite myself and am very happy with it. If you tell us the problem you are having maybe we can guide you in the right direction.
