Xoftspy is scareware.
If you run its free scan it *will* find find lots of alleged malware on your machine, but 99% of what it finds are harmless cookies and *blatant* false positives.
There's nothing Xoftspy can do that you can't get for free.
Superantispyware and Spyware Doctor Starter Edition are both better antispyware and are free; and virtually any dedicated antivirus will be better than the antivirus qualities of Xoftspy. Avast and Avira are two of the best free antivirus available.

totally agree with heebus... i actually had for a very short period of time .. false positives all the time ...a piece of crap!!!!
