About antivirus?

hey I'm going to buy anti virus and I'm confused and that's why i want to ask u people if it has protection for my computer and will it clean all the virus that there in my PC or few of them and one other thing I have McFee SiteAdvisor do i have to uninstall it or leave it please help thank you

My best advise to save u money is to go and get AVG anti-virus.

I have like $50 anti-virus software but still use AVG instead of it.

Go to http://free.grisoft.com/ and see what u think also u get free updates and upgrades for free.

If you are using windows OS then it is better to have an antivirus. Try kaspersky, you won't regret it. Mcafee site advisor is really helpful when you want to know if a certain site is secure. But if you know where you are surfing then it is not needed that much.
AVG internet security 2008 is great, now days you need more than just a antivirus, you need full protection, and remember you get what you pay for.....Please stay away from and norton products.
If you are going to get new security program to replace a old one. You have to uninstall the old one before installing the new one. One of the must important things you need to make sure is you meet all system requirements to run it before you buy it.
Well, which anti virus will you buy. I reccommend AVG, which is a free anti-virus and super anti-spyware, which both are very good. The AVG anti virus will find viruses and remove them. Super anti-spyware find tracking things and removes them.
