Could someone help my computer please?!?!!?

this actually goes with yahoo sevices...

I downloaded the new version of the yahoo online protection and now the computer is acting all crazy... My dad is trying to turn it on right now and the start menu isn't comming.

Before we had it in safe mode and the antispy and anti virus weren't working AT ALL

I think there may be a virus but I'm hoping that someone has this new version too and may tell me what the heck is going on...

AVG virus

AVG anti, spyware, malware, rootkits

spybot search %26 destroy www.safer-networking.org

superantispyware http://syperantispyware.com

download all these but only run 1 spyware program at a time

freeware section

internet cleanup

IE Privacy Keeper

this one cleans histroy, cookies, browser, flash cookies, IE explorer etc

also be sure and do a defrag X2
