I dont want or need these programs!?

I keep getting pop-ups on some program called virus heat and some other programs about anti-spyware protection.

And it keeps bringing up porn telling me I need to download somthing to make it stop.

Please someone help me.

go to start, control panel, add/remove programs. and if you see programs that shouldn't be there. uninstall them. if your not sure. go to http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-F... and download avg, it's free. and run a virus scan, which it should ask you to do.

I don't know if I can say this on yahoo, but pack.google.com is a good site.

You can get a free version of Norton Security and Spyware Doctor.

If you're already infected (which it sounds like you are), you may need even more help, but give these programs a shot first.
get avg antivirus free from download.com and get zone alarm from zonelabs.com that should help
