How Can I Delete this I know is a virus/adware i clicked on it twice and i installed somethin.I couldn't trust that in the first place i went to a website suddendly a pop-up appeared then I pressed Alt+F4 to close then i turned back on then Online Security Guide %26 Security Troubleshooting appeared now im getting POP-UPS.Then I checked SBC Yahoo! Online Protection Anti-SPy it said it was a adware the thing that i installed fromOnline Security Guide to see what it does then i deleted.[NOT DELETED]
